We are committed to accessing the various learning opportunities that come with the task of deconstructing or taking a house apart. Our interest and concerns are not about the turning of a profit. We offer an alternative to demolition for private individuals and local governments that is both cost-effective and environmentally sound. We seek to develop opportunities for cross training in the trades, marketing, sales, and small business entrepreneurship. We plan to encourage, facilitate and participate in dialogue regarding a community planning process that considers both current and future use of our collective vacant properties and land resources. We will become an example of responsible social entrepreneurship through both our deconstruction projects and the reselling of harvested materials in a retail space.
