Vanilla Days : Crashing waves

The wind wasn’t particularly strong yesterday and yet the waves were crashing over the promenade at New Brighton. Naturally I headed out with my camera to capture them. Having only a 50mm to hand I of course got wet trying to get action shots. I went to take a close up photo on the ramp which meant I was quite close to the waves. I went to take a close up photo on the ramp which meant I was quite close to the waves. Next thing I know this comes up behind me. Sam just managed to get away but I was surrounded by water leaving me with soggy feet. Still, I wasn’t going to let that stop me or the lack of feeling in my fingers and carried on. view page
