For USMLE step 1, First Aid should be your primary book. It is a review book however, and if things don't make sense, look them up in texts.

My plee to medschools: Lessen the different types of grades a student can get. No need for "high pass". Adds stress. Nothing else.
Plan for day before big test? Try to avoid anxious cramming, check out test site, do something other than study all day
