I love my job and I like WPF dev, but MS has been so confusing lately. I hope they settle down soon.
I've got to say for myself the MS stack doesn't feel stable like it used to. I can't help but wonder how long Metro will last.

I'm pretty sure the only Connect issue they might accept is "Metro's getting pretty old, better replace it with a new framework."
It is extremely agitating that Metro gets stuff like this and native doesn't.

YES! Apparently 381 projects in a solution is the point where it /finally/ hurt enough that the process guys agree there is a problem.
