'Hugo' Tops 2012 Oscar Nominations | Filmmakers, Film Industry, Film Festivals, Awards & Movie Reviews | Indiewire
Martin Scorsese's "Hugo" led the nominations for the 84th Academy Awards, which were announced in Los Angeles this morning. The film took 11 nominations, including a nod in the best picture category, where 9 nominees ended up surfacing (Academy rule changes made it so anywhere between 5 and 10 nominees could make the cut).
